Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for managing subscriptions, pre-orders, and "try before you buy" purchases made through Instaglow LLC ("we," "us," "our") on priya@instaglow.me. By purchasing these items, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

Payment Storage: Your payment details will be stored securely and will be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Auto-Renewal: Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
A. How to Cancel or Change a Subscription

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Links to manage your subscription will be provided in your order confirmation emails.

Cancellation or changes must be completed 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming delivery.
B. Refunds for Subscriptions

Subscriptions are non-refundable once a delivery has been processed. If an item has already been shipped, the standard Return and Refund Policy will apply.

2. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product.

We may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or no payment at the time of checkout.

If a deposit is collected, the remaining balance will be charged before fulfillment.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Contact us at priya@instaglow.me to request a cancellation.

If the pre-order has already been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer accepted. Instead, you may request a refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Delays:

Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are provided at checkout. Significant delays will be communicated via email.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled solely due to shipping delays unless the delay exceeds 30 days beyond the estimated ship date.

3. Try Before You Buy
Our "Try Before You Buy" option allows you to evaluate a product before committing to a purchase.

Payment Authorization:

At the time of checkout, we will authorize your payment method for the full product price. This is not an immediate charge.

You will have a trial period, as specified at checkout, to decide whether to keep the product.

Trial Period:

The trial period begins on the date the item is delivered. If you wish to return the item, it must be postmarked before the trial period ends.

If the item is not returned by the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged the full product price.

Returns for Try Before You Buy:

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received (unused, unopened, and in original packaging).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
